How Do I Order?

Ordering with is easy! Simply look through our shop, add items to your cart, enter your information, and check out. We take e-Transfer and cash on delivery. 

You can also place your order by phone by texting or calling (647) 464-9765. Once your order is processed, it will be sent out for delivery.

Please have a valid photo ID ready for proof of legal age and identity.

How Do I Edit or Cancel My Order?

If you want to edit your order, text or call (647) 464-9765, message our chat or email [email protected] and we will gladly assist you.

If your order is already out for delivery, we can hold off on the delivery and make any edits you wish.

To cancel an order, please contact us and we can help put in the request for you.

What Happens After Your E-Transfer is Sent?

Once you send your e-Transfer, our team will process your payment within 15-30 minutes. Once your payment is approved, we will email you a confirmation and have your order sent out with our delivery team during the next rounds of deliveries.

Do We Take Cash?

Absolutely! You may pay cash at the time of delivery. Please note that our drivers do not carry change on them for security purposes. If you need change, we can issue you store credit to cover the amount owed.

What Are The Delivery Charges?

Delivery is free for orders over $100.

Depending on your location, there is a $10-15 delivery fee for for orders under $100.

What Times Do You Deliver?

We currently have two rounds of deliveries each day:

  • 2 pm to 4 pm
  • 6 pm – 9 pm

All orders placed before 5PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 5PM will be sent out first thing the next day.


How Long Are The Delivery Times?

You can expect 2-4 hours local delivery in the Greater Toronto Area. Make sure to have your phone on hand and that your phone number is correct on the invoice. Our driver will contact you upon delivery.

Below are our typical delivery times:

Downtown Toronto: 2 to 3 pm; 6 to 7:30 pm

Etobicoke: 3 to 4 pm; 7 to 8:30 pm

Mississauga: 3 to 4 pm; 7 to 9 pm


Can You Track Your Package?

We are currently working on adding GPS tracking to our orders

What Happens If You Don't Receive Your Package?

We guarantee delivery, so if your order does not arrive, let us know and we will make sure you get your package.

Do You Need To Show Photo ID?

Yes, please have your valid photo ID ready that matches the name on the invoice. We need to make sure we are giving the package to the correct person and that you are of legal age as set out by the Ontario Government’s cannabis laws.

How Do Rewards Points Work?

You earn rewards points for every dollar spent, by leaving reviews, and simply by creating an account with us. You can redeem your points for discounts on future orders.

What Are The Ways To Get Rewards Points?

You can earn rewards points by:

  • Creating an account with
  • Making purchases and getting 3% back in points
  • Leaving product reviews on items you’ve purchased
  • Leaving a Google review and taking a screenshot and emailing it to us
How Do You Redeem Your Points?

You can redeem your rewards points on the cart page by clicking the apply discount button. After applying your points, you should see our invoice total discounted by the amount of the redeemed points.

Are There Any Coupon Codes or Discounts?

Yes, we offer many ways to save! If you are a new customer, you can enter coupon code new20 into the coupon code box on the cart page. This will get you 20% off your first order and a premium gift.

For returning customers, you can use coupon code save10 for 10% off your order.

Note: coupon codes are one-time use.  Any attempt at circumventing our coupons or promotions will lead to an immediate suspension of your account.

Refunds & Order Errors

All products are final sales, there are no returns or exchanges.However, if you receive a defective product, missing or incorrect items, we will send you a replacement for any order errors.Alternatively, you can choose to get store credit to cover the amount of the product PLUS $10 extra in-store credit.
